Are all of your products available online?

Currently you can purchase from a selected range of J Barbaro & Sons products. We are constantly adding to the range available to purchase online so keep coming back to visit the site to see what has been added to the shop.

How do I get help?

If you need help shopping online you can email via our contact form or call (08) 8345 3299 between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday (Adelaide time).

What methods do you accept for payment?

We accept either PayPal, direct bank transfer, cheque or Credit/Debit Card for payments – Credit/Debit Card payments may be made over the phone by calling us on (08) 8345 3299. We also accept cash on pickup when goods are collected from our factory in Wingfield, SA.

All prices are in AUD.

How is shipping calculated?

All shipping prices are calculated based on weight. Anything below 5kg will be delivered via Australia Post (either standard or express depending on the option selected). Above 5kg will be delivered by Couriers Please if based in South Australia or StarTrack if based interstate.

Do you refund?

We do not refund for change of mind however if the goods are returned to us within 30 days we will happily provide you with credit to use at a later stage. Return of goods to J Barbaro & Sons is at the purchaser’s cost. Handling and freight charges cannot be credited.

Under South Australian law, you are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund if the goods you purchased:
  • Have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase.
  • Are not the same as the description provided by the salesperson or advertisement.
  • Do not match the sample you were shown at the time of purchase.
  • Do not do the job as you were led to believe.
You are not entitled to a refund if you:
  • Simply change your mind or no longer want the goods.
  • Realise you can’t afford the goods.
  • Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere.
  • Chose the wrong size or colour.
  • Knew about the particular fault prior to purchase;.
  • Were responsible for causing the fault.

We will always work with you to correct any problems you may have and will exchange or fix the problem where possible.

Do you exchange?

Yes! We will happily exchange any goods as long as they are in original condition. Goods must be returned to us at your cost and shipping/handling costs are extra.
